Founded in 2023, Attuned Holistic Healing opened its doors in 2025 to provide clients of all identities accessible and high-quality mental health services based on the core social work values of human dignity, worth and belonging.
Our mission
is to provide high-quality, inclusive, trauma-informed therapy services within an accessible, anti-racist, and truly affirming space to all humans, regardless of identity.

Bravery is the decision to choose what you value over fear. It's "feel the fear, and do it anyway” -the willingness to sustain temporary discomfort, and learn from how we respond to discomfort in the service of creating true, meaningful change.

Authenticity is the sincere, deep empathy every human craves at their core, and within our relationships. It's the realization that we don't need to perform, pretend, or mask. We can be ourselves and not be judged, but celebrated.

Advocacy is a long-held ethical value adopted directly from the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics: “elevate service to others above self-interest,” and “challenge social injustice.” The recognition that privilege and lack of understanding create division in our society, and that those who are able to help, are encouraged to do so.
We fiercely welcome all identities: any race; country of origin; disability status (visible/invisible); LGBTQIA+, gender and sexual identity/expression; relationship identity/expression; neurotype; citizenship status; cultural background or heritage; and socioeconomic status or financial background.
We encourage feedback, nonviolent and brave conversations around these topics, and reserve the right to provide referrals for inquiries seeking services or spaces that do not align with the above statement.
