Hi, I’m Corinne.

I founded Attuned Holistic Healing to offer therapy that truly breaks the mold in authenticity, perspective, inclusion, and effectiveness: brave therapy.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Corinne Bailey (they/them) is the owner and founder of Attuned Holistic Healing, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and published expert in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).  They are a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), a Gold Award Recipient and Lifetime Member of the Girl Scouts of America, and University of Texas School of Social Work Alum.

More about Corinne’s professional background here.

I am a social worker first and foremost, and strive to embody its core values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice in my practice. I believe in a humanistic approach to therapy: nonjudgmental, rich with empathy, client-led, and grounded in genuine connection. Theories foundational to my profession include systems theory, intersectional feminism, critical-race theory, neurobiology, and queer theory.

My holistic technique allows me to customize your experience. I combine a variety of evidence-based methods to ensure therapy sessions feel packed with perspective, valuable, and consider you as an entire human — not just your symptoms. My goal as your therapist is to meet you with curiosity and compassion as we gently disrupt harmful patterns of thinking, feeling, and being, cultivate your inner wisdom, and celebrate your identities.

I’m not your (neuro)typical therapist… I’m neurodivergent.
Our work will be, too.

I have a combined diagnosis of autism and ADHD, or “AuDHD” — this means that my brain, nervous system, and body are built and work differently from most folks who are neurotypical, or not neurodivergent. I take pride in my unique abilities that my neurotype affords me, and science has started to show that there are significant benefits to working with an autistic therapist.

I’m a natural hyper-systemizer: I identify patterns without trying. My brain is literally fueled by the drive to recognize, analyze, and understand patterns (relationship dynamics, habits, trends) and does so with ease. In sessions with me, I will tell you what I'm seeing, and explain how I got there — all while checking-in with you.  This allows us to quickly and accurately address the friction points in your life by going to the root cause.

I’m an insatiable learner. When something catches my interest, I deep-dive. My brain holds onto information best when I learn all the things I can — from details to abstractions to generalizations. I am always educating myself on the latest scientific studies and cutting edge intervention methods, and do my best to stay informed on issues that concern my clients, community, the planet, and future generations.

My communication is direct, open, and curious by default. I use language that is affirming, trauma-informed, antiracist, and respectful as a foundation. I’ve been told my style is refreshing and expressive: I’m honest, I tend to ask questions and gesture often, and sometimes use spicy language. Many autistic brains find it easier to relate to others through shared experiences, so while I use some appropriate therapeutic self-disclosure, I rely on clear boundaries to maintain the efficacy of our work together.
